I'm not receiving any push notifications from my BlackVue Cloud. What should I do?Updated a year ago

If you're not receiving push notifications from your BlackVue Cloud, please ensure that you have Cloud properly set up and turned on.

Please refer to this video guide on how to set up your Cloud connection:

Also, ensure that you have notifications enabled by selecting BlackVue Cloud in the BlackVue App -> Account Settings -> Notifications.

From here, you can also customize which alerts to receive by selecting BlackVue Cloud in the BlackVue app -> pressing the 3 dots on the right-hand side of a video file -> Camera Settings -> Firmware Settings -> Cloud Settings -> Push Notification Settings.

It is also important to ensure that you have given the BlackVue application the proper permissions to send you notifications. Please go into the settings of your phone, and ensure that you have enabled notifications for the BlackVue application.
