What is the difference between using hardwiring and using the cigarette socket to charge my BI-750?

BlackboxMyCar Updated by BlackboxMyCar

The difference between hardwiring and cigarette socket is that hardwiring would take about 50 minutes to fully charge the BI-750. On the other hand, when using the cigarette socket, it would take at least 80 minutes to fully charge a BI-750.

Looking for a faster charging time? The BI-750 comes with the option to be hardwired to 2 ACC fuse connections instead of just one. With an ACC1 + ACC2 input, you can cut down on the charging time to as little as 33 minutes for a full charge while keeping the BI-750 temperature low within the safety operation temperature range.
