How do I adjust the Continuous Incident Sensitivity on my Thinkware dash cam?Updated a year ago

Do you ever hear a Double Beep Noise while driving over a pot hole or rough road conditions? This is the dash cams G-Sensor thinking an accident has occurred.

Depending on the vehicle you drive, the G-Sensor may be triggered more frequently. For example, if you have a lower vehicle with a harder suspension, the sensitivity should be lowered.

  1. Set the sensitivity level according to your vehicle type.
  2. Recommendations:
    High - Luxury vehicles
Low - Performance cars, trucks and SUVs
Disabled - No incident recordings saved to the memory card.
Note: This will completely disable the incident recording feature.

Once you are done, click on Save to finalize your setting.
