If you currently have a non-LTE camera and would like to upgrade to a Built-in LTE camera, upgrading to its respective Built-in LTE variant (e.g. DR970X-2CH Plus —> DR970X-2CH LTE Plus) is typically as easy as replacing the front unit and its mount.

The rear camera, rear mount, and all the cables are generally compatible and interchangeable within the same family (with a few exceptions), so if you prefer, you can leave your existing wiring and setup and just swap out the front camera and mount.
