Yes, the IROAD X10 uses a proprietary file saving format called JDR. The IROAD team uses JDR because it assists with H.265 file compression. You can view JDR videos within IROAD's smartphone app and the PC/Mac Viewer.
It is also possible to convert video files to AVI directly within the softwares themselves, as well as file share directly to YouTube using your smartphone app.
