Does using the Event Map or Live Event Upload consume my allotted My Drive storage?Updated 4 hours ago
You don’t have to worry about consuming your allotted My Drive storage when using the Event Map or Live Event Upload. This storage is reserved exclusively for videos you manually back up to it.
When a video is shared on the Event Map, it is transferred from the BlackVue Cloud server to a separate Event Map server. This means that the transfer does not use any data bandwidth, and the Event Map videos do not take up any space in your Cloud storage.
Likewise, the Live Event Upload feature uses its own storage allocation that's separate from My Drive.
