If you're not receiving push notifications from your BlackVue Cloud, please ensure that you have BlackVue Cloud properly set up and turned on.

Also, ensure that you have notifications enabled by going to the notification history page in the BlackVue application and tapping the notification settings button at the upper right side of the screen.
From here, you can also customize which alerts to receive by toggling them on and off.
It is also important to ensure that you have given the BlackVue application the proper permissions to send you notifications. Please go into the settings of your phone and ensure that you have enabled notifications for the BlackVue application.
