Yes, you can use our Battery Packs to charge your laptop, smartphone, and other USB-powered accessories. BlackboxMyCar PowerCell 8 comes with a 5V USB 3.0 power outlet, also making it easy to add a mobile hotspot to the dash cam setup in vehicles - perfect for those with a Cloud-ready dash cam.

The USB Port supplies  4.75V–5.2 V / 2A worth of power. Connecting an appliance that draws more is not recommended.

The USB port cannot be used to back-feed power to the Battery Pack, and cannot be used to charge it.
