Vehicle Compatibility
The VIOFO OP100 is designed to work with the vast majority of vehicles on the road today. It is compatible with most OBD-II (16-pin) gasoline and diesel vehicles manufactured since 2010. The OBD-II standard uses a unified 16-pin connector with consistent physical shape, pin definitions, and power protocols, meaning the OP100 will work seamlessly across nearly all modern passenger and commercial vehicles regardless of fuel type.
However, there are a few scenarios where the OP100 may not be compatible. These include hybrid and electric vehicles, non-OBD-II vehicles, and specially modified or purpose-built vehicles.
