My BlackVue Over the Cloud feature isn't working. How do I fix it?Updated 2 months ago
- Ensure that your Cloud account is properly set up by following the instructions from BlackVue.
- Once you've ensured that your Cloud account is properly set up, please ensure that the Internet connection is valid. Open-sourced networks, such as ones from Starbucks or McDonalds, may not work with BlackVue Cloud
Please note that the wi-fi connection must be within an adequate range of the dash cam, or else the signal will not be picked up.
