My BlackVue Cloud feature isn't working. How do I fix it?Updated an hour ago

  1. Ensure that your camera is registered to your BlackVue Cloud account. Simply registering it to your BlackVue app is not sufficient.
  2. Once you've ensured that your camera is properly registered, please ensure that the Internet connection is valid. If you're using LTE, please ensure you're using a compatible carrier and SIM card. If you're using Wi-Fi, ensure the network or hotspot you're connected to is password-protected. Open Wi-Fi networks, such as ones from Starbucks or McDonald's, may not work with BlackVue Cloud.
  3. Please note that the wi-fi connection must be within an adequate range of the dash cam, or else the signal will not be picked up.
