On the Free plan, you can only remotely play back or download a maximum of 100 recordings per month over the Cloud. This limit resets after every 30 days. If you get the "Exceeded Video play & Download limit " notification, it means that you have already reached the limit of replay or download over the Cloud for this month.
To check when it will be reset, open the BlackVue app, log in, and tap on the Account tab. Upgrading to any of the paid plans will remove the playback/download restriction.
Likewise, you can only access Live View over the Cloud for 10 minutes per day (Free plan) or 30 minutes per day (Lite plan). This limit resets after every 24 hours. Upgrading to the Smart plan will remove this restriction.
