I may have bricked my VIOFO dash cam. What should I do?

BlackboxMyCar Updated by BlackboxMyCar

If your VIOFO is bricked / corrupted, first of all, we're sorry to hear that! However, we are here to help. What we always advise customers to do is to first update the firmware of your respective dash cam - this has proven to solve all of our customers' issues at least 95% of the time.

To learn how to update your firmware, please see this article: Updating My VIOFO Firmware

If that doesn't work, then please contact our team for a return merchandise authorization (RMA) form.

Thanks for stopping by!

We love hearing from our customers, and we'd love to get your feedback to further improve your experience with us. Let us know how we're doing, or contact our support team (info@blackboxmycar.com) if you need further assistance from us.
