1. Order Confirmation

Once you've placed your order, our system will send you an order confirmation. This is to let you know that we have received your order and is getting it ready for you.

If there should be any problems with the order (ie. backordered items, payment issues), we will notify you via email.

2. Change in Your Order Status

Occasionally, high demand causes us to run out of certain items. If we don't have an item that you have ordered in stock, we'll notify you by email immediately.

Sometimes, an item is out of stock and not expected to come back in stock, so we must cancel the order in respect of that item. In this case, if you paid with a credit card, we will not charge you for the item or any taxes, shipping or handling charges.

3. Shipping Confirmation

After your order has shipped, our system will send you an email with the order tracking number and estimated delivery time.

If you have signed up for an account with us, you will find the details of your order as well as the tracking number in your account as well.
