How do I access GNET withCloud®?

Step 1: Creating a GNET withCloud® account

  1. Using your web browser, navigate to https://cloud.gnetsystem.com/#/login to access the withCloud® sign-in page.
  2. Click on the Sign Up link to create your withCloud® account.
  3. Be sure to use a valid email address as a verification link will be sent via email.

Step 2: Registering your vehicle and dash cam

  1. Once you have activated your withCloud® account, log into the account and click on the Menu panel to select Management - My Vehicle.
  2. Select Add a vehicle and enter the required information. You can find the serial number on the bottom of your dash cam. When ready, click OK.

Step 3: Connecting your dash cam to your withCloud® account

There are different ways to complete this step:

  1. using the GNET App with WiFi (iOS)
  2. using the GNET App with WiFi (Android)
  3. using the PC Viewer
3.1: Using the GNET App with WiFi (iOS)
  1. Press the WiFi button on the dash cam and wait for the "Waiting for Registration" voice prompt.
  2. Open the Settings menu on your device and connect to the dash cam's WiFi network (look for "GNET_BB_")
  3. Enter the password qwertyuiop
  4. Once connection is established, you will hear the "Registration Complete" voice confirmation.
  5. Open the GNET App and select Settings.
  6. Make sure Cloud is enabled. Enter the router's SSID and password.
  7. When ready, click Yes on the pop-up to complete the process.

3.2: Using the GNET App with WiFi (Android)
  1. Press the WiFi button on the dash cam and wait for the "Waiting for Registration" voice prompt.
  2. Open the GNET App and select Device Registration.
  3. Select the device and then Connect. Upon the Registration completed voice confirmation, tap Save.
  4. On the main screen of the App, select Settings.
  5. Make sure Cloud is enabled. Enter the router's SSID and password.
  6. When ready, click Yes on the pop-up to complete the process.

3.3: Using the PC Viewer
  1. Insert your microSD card into your computer.
  2. Execute GNET PC VIEWER and open the SD memory file.
  3. On the PC Viewer dashboard, click on Settings on the top bar.
  4. On the Settings pop-up panel, click on the Cloud tab and make sure the Use the withCloud option is checked.
  5. Click on the Add button and enter the SSID and password of your router. When ready, click OK.
  6. Click OK on the Settings pop-up panel to close it.
  7. On the Save Selection panel, click Yes to complete the process.
  8. Once you have saved the settings, eject the microSD card from your computer and insert it back into your dash cam and power on.
  9. The dash cam will complete the rest of the registration - wait for the Cloud is connected voice confirmation.
