Why does the dash cam giving me "No WiFi Dongle" prompts even after I have plugged iin the WiFi dongle?

BlackboxMyCar Updated by BlackboxMyCar

Your dash cam may give you the "No WiFi Dongle" warning if:

  1. You are trying to connect to the dash cam but the WiFi dongle is not plugged in. We recommend unplugging and re-plugging the WiFi dongle.
  2. You are trying to connect to the dash cam but WiFi is turned off. If this is the case, all you need to do is press the WiFi button on the dash cam.
