Can I update the firmware over wi-fi using the VIOFO app on my smartphone?Updated 2 years ago

It's possible to update the firmware over wi-fi, but in our experience, it is never that reliable. From what customers have mentioned as well, it doesn't work well especially on the iPhone.

We would recommend downloading the install over an SD card, but if you really can't use a Windows PC or a MAC computer, then give the wi-fi updates a shot and see how that works out for you.
