Can Parking Mode be activated with the 12V Car Charger?Updated a year ago

The Dash Cam will only go into Parking mode with the necessary Thinkware Hardwiring Cables. The Dash Cam needs the ACC, Constant, and Ground wires to determine the change in voltage when the ignition is turned off, placing the device in Parking Mode. 

With the Standard 12V Power Cable (Cigarette-Jack outlet) the dash cam can not recognize this change in voltage, even with an outlet that is constantly on.
