Can you remove or waive the signature requirement for my order?Updated a year ago

When you are placing your order, if you write a note during checkout to waive the signature requirement, then we will be sure to let the courier know.

However, if you are looking to make a change after the order has been placed, we will be unable to waive the signature requirement until after first delivery attempt. Once the courier has tried to deliver your package once, please do contact us and we can have them reroute the package or remove the signature requirement altogether. Alternatively, you can reach out the courier directly with your tracking information and input the request yourself.
