We do offer out-of-warranty replacement services for certain dash cams that were purchased through BlackboxMyCar. This involves going through a process similar to a standard replacement RMA, except a replacement fee (depending on what's being replaced) will be charged before the replacement unit is shipped or provided.

We strive to maintain inventory for as many models as possible. However, with some older systems, sometimes we simply do not have available units.
