If you purchase AfterShip Protection Plus at checkout, your purchase will be protected in the following ways:

Loss, Theft, or Damage

If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged during delivery, you may file a claim via the AfterShip Warranty Claims Portal. You will receive a response within 24 hours.

Free Returns

AfterShip Protection Plus also provides full coverage of returns outside of loss, theft, or damage scenarios. This means that if you want to return your purchase within the scope of our normal return policy, you will be able to do so with free return shipping. To initiate a return, please visit the AfterShip Returns Portal.

Even though the URLs for both portals are linked to blackboxmycar.com, both US/International (blackboxmycar.com) and Canadian (blackboxmycar.ca) orders with AfterShip Protection Plus can be managed through the same portals.
