I never received the Thinkware Cloud Confirmation email. How do I proceed?Updated a year ago

After creating your account on the Thinkware Cloud app, Thinkware will send you an email to confirm and activate your Cloud account. You must open the email and click on the link to confirm your account and successfully register your Thinkware Dash Cam. Make sure to check your Spam** folder.

The confirmation link in the email has a 24-hour expiry and if the link has expired or you haven't received the email, there are four ways you can re-send the link.

  1. using Mobile App - Using the Thinkware Cloud app on your smartphone, tap on the login page to log into your account. Because your account has not been confirmed, you will be taken to the Send Confirmation Email screen where you can trigger a re-send.
  2. using Web Browser - Go to the Thinkware web sign-in page and click on "Forgot Password". Enter in the email used to create the account and click Next. An email will be sent to you to update the password and confirm the account. Make sure you log into your account after updating the password.
  3. Using a different email address - Some email providers' spam filter settings are known to block Thinkware Cloud emails:, Sympatico, ProtonMail, and StartMail. If this applies to you, you may want to create your account using a different email account, such as Hotmail or Gmail.
  4. Contact Thinkware for assistance - Alternatively, you can contact Thinkware at [email protected] or 1-844-865-9273 and ask them to manually confirm the account on their end.
