Once you've made a purchase, it goes through many steps to finally reach you. Here are some of those steps.
1. Order Confirmation
Once you've placed your order, our system will send you an order confirmation. This is to let you know that we have received your order and are getting it ready for you. Preparing an order takes 1-3 business days.
If there are any problems with the order (e.g. items out of stock, payment issues), we will notify you via email.
Occasionally, high demand causes us to run out of certain items. If we don't have an item that you have ordered in stock, we'll notify you by email immediately.
Sometimes, an item is out of stock and not expected to come back in stock (typically if it's discontinued or being phased out), so we must cancel the order with respect to that item. In this case, if you paid with a credit card, we will not charge you for the item or any taxes, shipping or handling charges.
2. Shipping Confirmation
After your order has shipped, our system will email you with the order tracking number and estimated delivery time.
If you have signed up for an account with us, you will also find the details of your order and the tracking number in your account.
3. While in Transit
Once the courier service has your package, it is officially out of our hands and in theirs. As such, to make changes or get more information, you'll need to contact them directly.
