How do I rotate the rear camera footage on my Thinkware dash cam?Updated 3 months ago

Are you experiencing upside-down footage when reviewing the Thinkware dash cam? This indicates that the rear camera was installed backwards, but don't worry, with an easy settings chance, this can be fixed. 

In all modern Thinkware models: 

Go to Dash Cam Settings > Camera Settings > Rotate Rear Camera

The image should be right side up when reviewing for future recorded clips. 

All Other Camera Models

The camera itself will need to be taken off the windshield and refixed. Do keep in mind that the rear camera itself can be rotated 360 degrees vertically as needed. 

Please pay attention the the Thinkware Logo imprinted on the Rear Camera Mount. This Logo should be facing inside of the vehicle.
