Why can't I see the map when reviewing footage on the VIOFO app?Updated 17 minutes ago

First of all, if your VIOFO dash cam utilizes an external GPS module (typically integrated into the front mount), ensure it is connected and being detected by the dash cam. If your unit has a built-in display and is showing the message "No GPS", this means the GPS module is either not connected or not being detected.

Additionally, the map will appear only under the footage after it has been downloaded to your device. Once downloaded, you should be able to see the map underneath the footage when replaying it from the downloaded videos section.

Please also note that your device must be connected to the internet for the map to appear correctly.
