Why does my payment keep getting rejected?Updated 2 months ago
Credit card payments could be declined due to a number of reasons.
- Incorrect information - Sometimes it's as simple as re-entering all of the information and trying again. Be sure the name, number, expiration and CVV2 number are exactly as they appear on your card. It may be an invalid CVV2 number (the 3-digit code on the back of your MasterCard, Visa or Discover card, or the 4-digit number on front of American Express cards).
- Insufficient funds
- Online Transactions - Sometimes your bank will decline online payments for precautionary reasons. Your bank may have blocked your payment since you're making an online purchase. In this case, you will need to contact your credit card issuing bank to authorize the transaction.
- Prepaid/Gift Cards - VISA and MasterCard gift cards require the user to register online before they can be used for online payments. If the gift card is not registered, any transaction processed on them will be declined.
If you believe that the problem has been resolved and you would like us to retry the payment, simply contact us at [email protected] or Live Chat with us on our website.
Your order may have been flagged by our anti-fraud system for potential fraud. We do sincerely apologize for any inconveniences caused by this.
If this is the case, we kindly ask that you provide us with the transaction statement of your order as a means of preventing potential fraud.
If you have online banking, simply send us a screenshot of this specific transaction statement - please feel free to block out all other sensitive information on the statement, as those are not needed.
If you do not have online banking, simply give your credit company a call and ask for the merchant name of this specific transaction statement, and provide that name to us via email reply here.
Please note that this is a measure that saves both the credit card holder as well as our company from potential theft and fraud.
