Why is there no sound coming from the S-Drive Display?Updated 2 months ago

This can happen for a couple of reasons – either from your device’s settings or cables. 

We recommend you check the volume settings on both the unit and your smartphone. Ensure the audio source is selected correctly (e.g., Carplay/Auto, Speaker, FM, AUX) and confirm that the audio cable and connections are secure or unplugged, depending on your connection type. 

While the unit itself has it's own volume settings, when connected to existing Carplay/Auto systems, volume is controlled through the vehicle's default audio systems.
