Please ensure you have the USB-C accessory port enabled and the correct accessory type selected. You can do this by connecting to your U3000 Pro in the Thinkware Dash Cam Link app, navigating to Dash Cam Settings > System Settings, and selecting the appropriate accessory type under "USB-C". Selecting "Disabled" means the connected accessory will not function.
