Why was my order flagged for potential fraud?Updated 5 hours ago

Our payment processing system runs each transaction through an algorithm to determine if there's anything suspicious about the purchase. This process is in place strictly to protect both the cardholder and our business from potential theft and fraud.

It does not tell us what exactly the order was flagged for, but it could be something as simple as a mismatched shipping and billing address, or something with the card used for the order.

If this happens, you will typically receive an email asking that you provide us with the specific transaction statement of your flagged order for basic confirmation that the card used belonged to you.

If you have online banking, simply send us a screenshot of this specific transaction statement - please feel free to block out all other sensitive information on the statement, as that is not needed.

If you do not have online banking, simply give your bank or credit card company a call and ask for the merchant name attached to this specific transaction statement, and provide that name to us.
