Will the Radar Module of the Thinkware U1000 interfere with my Radar Detector?Updated 8 months ago

The Radar Module of the U100 (and Q1000) does supply signals on the same wavelength as standard Radar Detectors, however the Radar Module only functions once the vehicle is turned off, so there will not be interference. 

There is a possibility of a brief moment of interference when you turn off the vehicle, with your Radar Detector providing a false reading, but this would only be momentary.

Switching to a parking mode for the U1000 that does not use the Radar Module will avoid any interference whatsoever.
